Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on defective or unused/unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with tags attached. Contact us at support@flashbang-apparel.com to begin your return.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Email us with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if defective). We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.
Q: Are there items that can't be returned?
A: Yes. We cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or customized products unless they are defective.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size?
A: Yes! If we have the size in stock, we'll gladly exchange it. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a sizing chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Q: What if my item doesn’t fit?
A: No problem. You can request an exchange for a better size, or return the item if unworn.
Q: Are your sizes unisex?
A: Most of our products are unisex unless otherwise stated. Refer to the product description for fit details.

Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking after 5 business days, email us at support@flashbang-apparel.com.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: We’ll do our best to help. Contact us with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue. For added protection, we recommend Route Package Protection at checkout.

Q: Do you offer discounts for military or first responders?
A: Yes, we’re proud to support our service members and first responders. Contact support@flashbang-apparel.com for verification and a discount code.
Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: Only one discount code can be applied per order.

A: Our apparel is crafted from premium, breathable fabrics including 100% cotton, poly-blends, and performance knits. Check product descriptions for specific fabric details.
Q: Are your products printed to order?
A: Yes. To reduce waste, many of our items are printed on demand. This may affect delivery times slightly, but it ensures better quality control and environmental responsibility.
