Refund Policy

Because our apparel is custom-made to order, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Defective Products: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

New and Unused Items: You may return new, unused items (not worn or washed) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping in this case.

All returns must be approved prior to being shipped back. Please contact us first to initiate a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You can clean this up and underneath place a return request form with all the information including the order number.
